Job Duties
- assist the Executive Chef in planning, directing, and coordinating food preparation
- participate in daily kitchen and banquet operations
- lead and manage kitchen personnel effectively
- ensure all kitchen staff understand and follow their job descriptions
- help maintain and improve the hotel’s high culinary standards
- monitor food quality and cost control
- contribute to creating an exquisite dining experience for guests
