- Minimum of three years related experience
- One year supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and food service equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours and days

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in kitchen operations
- Train and motivate culinary staff to exceed performance goals
- Supervise culinary team’s performance, attendance, conduct, and appearance
- Enforce safe and sanitary food handling techniques
- Maintain workstation and equipment safety and cleanliness
- Communicate professionally with all team members
- Monitor quality and production levels to ensure customer satisfaction
