Job Requirements

  • Two year culinary arts degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years related experience
  • One year supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and food service equipment
  • Ability to work flexible hours and days

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in kitchen operations
  • Train and motivate culinary staff to exceed performance goals
  • Supervise culinary team’s performance, attendance, conduct, and appearance
  • Enforce safe and sanitary food handling techniques
  • Maintain workstation and equipment safety and cleanliness
  • Communicate professionally with all team members
  • Monitor quality and production levels to ensure customer satisfaction
