Job Requirements

  • prior cooking experience

Job Duties

  • preparing meals that are well-balanced, creative, and beautifully presented
  • adhering to dietary standards and restrictions, in coordination with the facility's dietitian
  • preparing food in accordance with sanitary regulations and established policies and procedures
  • ensuring the kitchen is maintained in a clean, safe manner and all supplies and equipment are in order
  • assisting with special events within the facility
  • serving residents and their guests in a friendly, timely, and courteous manner
