Job Requirements
- Completion of certified culinary program or equivalent
- One to three years cooking experience in hospitality industry
- Preferably experience in retirement community or restaurant food preparation
- One to three years supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to understand and supervise kitchen staff
- Knowledge of dining and food production operations

Job Duties
- Prepare quality foods for residents, associates, and guests under supervision
- Plan and implement special events
- Assist Dining Services Manager with kitchen staff supervision
- Assist with kitchen staff training
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Support kitchen operations and workflow
- Ensure dining and food production operations meet quality standards
