- Minimum 3 years experience in kitchen or restaurant management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Lead the operation of the back-of-house/kitchen
- Manage back-of-house staff including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the Managing Partner to represent Roy's in the local community
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve kitchen operations and guest satisfaction
