Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in kitchen or restaurant management
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems

Job Duties

  • Lead the operation of the back-of-house/kitchen
  • Manage back-of-house staff including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with the Managing Partner to represent Roy's in the local community
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve kitchen operations and guest satisfaction
