Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • professional training through culinary education or experience in a fast-paced high-volume fine dining or catering facility
  • ability to interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with service standards
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service, guest relations, and etiquette
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • ability to read, speak, and write English
  • ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
  • ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • sufficient mobility for assigned production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
  • adherence to safety policies and completion of safety training

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • professional training through culinary education or experience in a fast-paced high-volume fine dining or catering facility
  • knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards
  • experience in guest relations and etiquette
  • ability to multitask in a team-oriented setting
  • proficient in English reading, speaking, and writing
  • ability to lift and transport food and items up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
  • ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • sufficient mobility to perform production tasks

Job Duties

  • Set up and prepare all food items including opening and closing duties
  • replenish and rotate stock as directed by General Manager and Regional Executive Chef
  • set up non-food items for shift with high sanitation standards
  • input daily event sheets and reports
  • produce menu items timely in accordance with company standards
  • maintain cleanliness and proper food storage
  • adhere to company guidelines and exceed guest expectations
  • assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling event staff
  • interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction
  • ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
  • work collaboratively with team members and other service departments
