Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency in inventory and purchasing
  • passion for sustainability
  • flexibility to work various shifts

Job Qualifications

  • three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant setting
  • working knowledge of HACCP
  • experience in inventory and purchasing management
  • familiarity with food and catering trends
  • ability to manage food cost controls
  • exposition cooking skills
  • servsafe certification is a plus
  • knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience

Job Duties

  • manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering and receiving
  • oversee menu development with focus on cost control and local sourcing
  • ensure adherence to food safety standards and HACCP guidelines
  • manage P&L accountability and contract-managed service
  • maintain high standards in food production, sanitation, and presentation
  • lead and train kitchen and service staff
  • implement sustainable culinary and operational practices
