Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years of culinary management experience
- knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficiency in inventory and purchasing
- passion for sustainability
- flexibility to work various shifts
Job Qualifications
- three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant setting
- working knowledge of HACCP
- experience in inventory and purchasing management
- familiarity with food and catering trends
- ability to manage food cost controls
- exposition cooking skills
- servsafe certification is a plus
- knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience
Job Duties
- manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering and receiving
- oversee menu development with focus on cost control and local sourcing
- ensure adherence to food safety standards and HACCP guidelines
- manage P&L accountability and contract-managed service
- maintain high standards in food production, sanitation, and presentation
- lead and train kitchen and service staff
- implement sustainable culinary and operational practices
