Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful kitchen
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking of established recipes and preparation of weekly specials
  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff while focusing on process improvements, efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company procedures
  • Ensure the kitchen maintains impeccable cleanliness and organization to pass the white glove test
  • Manage kitchen operations with a keen eye on growth and business goals
  • Oversee inventory control and food safety compliance
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance overall dining experience
