Job Requirements

  • Two plus years of experience in full service, upscale restaurant management
  • Passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Solid written and verbal communications skills
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules
  • Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulation

  • At least two years of full-service, upscale restaurant management experience
  • Passion for quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule
  • Valid food handler's card where required by law

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering kitchen operations
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking recipes and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and food safety standards
  • Maintain a spotless kitchen environment to pass the white glove test
