Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant management experience
- Food handler's card as required by local/state regulations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Experience working in upscale restaurant settings

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all kitchen operations
- Lead kitchen crew in scratch cooking and preparing weekly specials
- Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff focusing on business goals
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and readiness for inspections
- Manage process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance
- Maintain communication with staff and management
- Oversee inventory and supply management
