Job Duties
- complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program
- lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and weekly specials
- train motivate and develop kitchen staff focusing on business goals including process improvements growth efficiency profitability and compliance
- ensure the kitchen maintains impeccable cleanliness standards passing the white glove test
- oversee adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
- manage inventory and ordering to maintain kitchen supply levels
- collaborate with management to drive kitchen performance and customer satisfaction
