Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • Proven experience in inventory and purchasing control
  • Ability to manage food service operations
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to sustainability practices

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Three years culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant setting
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation, and food cost controls
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • Understanding of P and L accountability
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Oversee menu development with cost control and purchasing strategies
  • Implement sustainable sourcing of local food products
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Lead culinary team to achieve high-quality food production and presentation
  • Monitor profit and loss accountability
  • Coordinate with contract-managed service personnel as needed
