Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
  • Minimum of 2 years food service experience preferably in a-la-carte or banquet service
  • Interest in working with older population
  • Experience with food service Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Proficient in workplace technology including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24-hour operation including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays
  • Must communicate effectively in written and verbal English
  • Consistent and reliable attendance
  • Open and willing to relocate after training
  • Self-directed learner with strong leadership passion

Job Qualifications

  • Participate in and complete comprehensive training and assessments
  • Communicate effectively with team members and residents
