Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
- Minimum of 2 years food service experience preferably in a-la-carte or banquet service
- Interest in working with older population
- Experience with food service Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Proficient in workplace technology including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24-hour operation including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays
- Must communicate effectively in written and verbal English
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Open and willing to relocate after training
- Self-directed learner with strong leadership passion

- Manage high-volume dining services effectively
- Prepare recipe-based meals maintaining quality and consistency
- Lead and supervise food service team members with leadership skills
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and sanitary requirements
- Uphold Belmont Village's mission and values in daily operations
- Participate in and complete comprehensive training and assessments
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents
