Job Requirements

  • Culinary management education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • Ability to manage inventory, purchasing, and food production
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Effective communication and client engagement abilities
  • Ability to work alternate weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to sustainability practices

Job Qualifications

  • Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Experience with menu development and cost controls
  • Familiarity with P&L accountability and contract-managed services
  • Skills in exposition cooking
  • Knowledge of food and catering trends
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Oversee production, quality assurance, and sanitation standards
  • Develop menus focused on cost control and local sourcing
  • Manage team development and training programs
  • Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and control food costs and purchasing
  • Implement sustainability initiatives in culinary operations
