Job Requirements
- Culinary management education or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of culinary management experience
- Ability to manage inventory, purchasing, and food production
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Effective communication and client engagement abilities
- Ability to work alternate weekends and holidays
- Commitment to sustainability practices
Job Qualifications
- Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Experience with menu development and cost controls
- Familiarity with P&L accountability and contract-managed services
- Skills in exposition cooking
- Knowledge of food and catering trends
- ServSafe certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering, and receiving
- Oversee production, quality assurance, and sanitation standards
- Develop menus focused on cost control and local sourcing
- Manage team development and training programs
- Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Monitor and control food costs and purchasing
- Implement sustainability initiatives in culinary operations
