Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • Working knowledge of HACCP standards
  • Experience with inventory and purchasing controls
  • Passion for sustainability
  • Ability to manage P&L and contract services
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining or restaurant setting
  • Extensive understanding of food trends, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract management
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary and food service operations including inventory, ordering and receiving
  • Develop menus with a focus on cost control and local sourcing
  • Maintain knowledge of P&L accountability and apply contract-managed service experience
  • Ensure compliance with sustainability practices
  • Oversee food quality, production, sanitation and presentation
  • Lead and mentor culinary team members
  • Implement food cost control measures
