Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary experience
  • Minimum of three years culinary management experience
  • Proven ability to manage inventory and purchasing
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards
  • Strong passion for sustainability
  • Ability to manage and lead a culinary team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of culinary management experience
  • Culinary experience in contract foodservice, country clubs, or corporate dining is preferred
  • Experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control
  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Catering experience preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • ServSafe certified is a plus
  • Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable

Job Duties

  • Full culinary management of food service operation to include inventory, ordering and receiving
  • Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
  • Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products
  • Possesses a passion for sustainability
  • Manage food quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
  • Supervise catering and exposition cooking operations
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and safety standards
