Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary experience
  • Minimum three years in culinary management
  • Experience with inventory and purchasing
  • Knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP
  • Ability to manage P&L and contract service
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for sustainability in foodservice

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of culinary management experience
  • Experience in contract foodservice, country clubs, or corporate dining preferred
  • Knowledge of inventory and purchasing controls
  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Catering experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food trends and presentation
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Develop menus with focus on cost control and local sourcing
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards including HACCP
  • Lead purchasing and inventory management
  • Oversee food production, sanitation, and quality control
  • Manage P&L accountability and contract service expectations
  • Implement sustainable practices in food service operations
