Job Requirements

  • College degree and above
  • Minimum 2 years of onsite managerial experience in catering
  • Experience in large-scale property or hospitality companies preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic command of English
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage teams and schedules
  • Capability to conduct safety trainings
  • High sense of responsibility and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • College degree and above
  • At least 2 years of onsite managerial experience in the catering industry
  • Experience in large-scale property companies, five-star hotels, or customer service management is preferred
  • Familiarity with catering and coffee shop working procedures and standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic English language skills
  • Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems promptly
  • Strong teamwork spirit

Job Duties

  • Assist with account manager to establish and organize the implementation of the ARAMARK Environmental Services program according to standardized procedures
  • Manage catering service routines during mealtime to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage crew scheduling, shifting, and attendance to support mealtime services
  • Make ongoing improvements to operational efficiency and service quality
  • Conduct safety training to enhance safety awareness and maintain a safe workplace
  • Manage inventory, tools, materials, and fix assets while keeping the environment safe and clean
  • Maintain effective internal communication and collaboration to ensure smooth operations
  • Establish good communication with clients to meet or exceed their requirements
  • Conduct training sessions to improve service skills and capabilities
  • Prepare working journals and handover checklists
