Job Requirements

  • College degree and above
  • At least 2 years of onsite managerial experience in catering industry or related fields
  • Familiarity with catering work procedures and standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Basic English language skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and provide effective solutions
  • High integrity and dedication to professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • College degree and above
  • Onsite managerial experience of at least 2 years in catering industry or related sectors
  • Familiarity with catering and coffee shop working procedures and standards
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic English language ability

Job Duties

  • Assist with account manager to establish and organize implementation of ARAMARK Environmental Services program in accordance with standardized procedures
  • Manage catering service routines during mealtime to ensure smooth operations
  • Make improvements in accordance with operation objectives
  • Manage crew scheduling, shifting and attendance to ensure full support and good service during mealtime
  • Continuously improve working efficiency and service quality
  • Conduct safety training to enhance safety awareness and provide a safe workplace
  • Manage inventory, tools and materials and fix assets
  • keep tableware and environment safe and clean
  • Maintain good internal communication and collaboration
  • be problem-solving oriented to ensure smooth operations
  • Establish good communication with clients to meet or exceed client/customer requirements
  • Conduct training to improve service skills and capabilities
  • Maintain detailed working journals and handover checklists
