Job Requirements
- Ability to work Monday through Friday morning shifts
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong budgeting and P&L management capabilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to sustainability and innovative culinary practices
- Ability to maintain high food safety and quality standards
- ServSafe certification preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice restaurants or fine dining
- Proficient in inventory control purchasing and cost management
- Knowledge of food trends sanitation and catering best practices
- Hands-on experience with expo cooking
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Lead full culinary operations including inventory management ordering and receiving
- Drive menu development with a focus on local sustainable ingredients
- Manage food and labor costs with P&L accountability
- Uphold quality safety and presentation standards across all service points
- Support team performance across the cafe marketplaces and coffee bar
- Implement sanitation and safety practices according to HACCP standards
- Coordinate expo cooking and service flow to ensure efficiency and quality
