Job Requirements
- Experience in food service management including front and back of house
- Culinary training as an executive chef
- Ability to manage multi-site corporate dining operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with retail sales, POS, and catering
- Knowledge of menu design and implementation
- Ability to recruit and retain staff
- Proficiency with technology and food service software
- Available to work Monday through Friday daylight hours
- Commitment to maintaining sanitation and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- 3 plus years in a food service manager role
- Trained executive chef
- Knowledgeable in retail sales and POS systems
- Catering management experience
- Impeccable communication skills
- Restaurant management knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas
- Team building with strong recruiting and retention program
- Technology savvy
- Hospitality or culinary degree a strong plus
Job Duties
- Manage overall food service operations and ensure high-quality service
- Design, implement, and oversee delicious and appealing menus
- Plan and oversee purchasing and inventory management
- Supervise employee personnel programs, including recruiting, training, and retention
- Schedule staff and manage daily operations
- Handle bookkeeping and financial tracking
- Maintain excellent customer and client relations
- Oversee food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards
- Manage multi-site corporate dining settings
