Job Requirements

  • Experience in food service management including front and back of house
  • Culinary training as an executive chef
  • Ability to manage multi-site corporate dining operations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with retail sales, POS, and catering
  • Knowledge of menu design and implementation
  • Ability to recruit and retain staff
  • Proficiency with technology and food service software
  • Available to work Monday through Friday daylight hours
  • Commitment to maintaining sanitation and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • 3 plus years in a food service manager role
  • Trained executive chef
  • Knowledgeable in retail sales and POS systems
  • Catering management experience
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Restaurant management knowledge
  • Thorough knowledge of menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas
  • Team building with strong recruiting and retention program
  • Technology savvy
  • Hospitality or culinary degree a strong plus

Job Duties

  • Manage overall food service operations and ensure high-quality service
  • Design, implement, and oversee delicious and appealing menus
  • Plan and oversee purchasing and inventory management
  • Supervise employee personnel programs, including recruiting, training, and retention
  • Schedule staff and manage daily operations
  • Handle bookkeeping and financial tracking
