- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years culinary management experience
- serv safe certification or HACCP knowledge
- ability to perform cooking demonstration
- culinary arts degree desired
- healthcare experience preferred

Job Duties
- Manage production for multiple points of service including patients, retail and catering
- train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise culinary activities
- estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food
- select and develop recipes and standardize production recipes
- establish presentation techniques and quality standards, plan and price menus
- ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance, ensure kitchen safety and sanitation
- oversee special catering events and conduct culinary instruction or demonstrations
