Job Requirements
- Culinary Arts degree preferred
- Experience in a similar volume food service establishment
- Training in food service and food preparation techniques according to HACCP
- Ability to lead and build teams
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to lift minimum of 25lbs
- Commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) compliance
Job Qualifications
- Culinary Arts degree preferred
- Culinary experience in similar volume food service
- Experience with food preparation techniques according to HACCP processes
- Understanding of restaurant merchandising and marketing for service preparation
- Effective communication and presentation skills
Job Duties
- Oversee the purchasing, preparation, and execution of high-quality, cost-effective food service
- Hire, train, and schedule staff
- Participate in corporate training and development programs
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records within operating budget
- Maintain sanitary and safe operations in compliance with health regulations and HACCP guidelines
- Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner
- Engage with customers to listen to feedback and improve service
- Solve customer complaints
- Ensure food safety regulations are followed
- Staff scheduling
- Hire and train new employees
