Job Requirements

  • Culinary Arts degree preferred
  • Experience in a similar volume food service establishment
  • Training in food service and food preparation techniques according to HACCP
  • Ability to lead and build teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to lift minimum of 25lbs
  • Commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary Arts degree preferred
  • Culinary experience in similar volume food service
  • Experience with food preparation techniques according to HACCP processes
  • Understanding of restaurant merchandising and marketing for service preparation
  • Effective communication and presentation skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee the purchasing, preparation, and execution of high-quality, cost-effective food service
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff
  • Participate in corporate training and development programs
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records within operating budget
  • Maintain sanitary and safe operations in compliance with health regulations and HACCP guidelines
  • Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner
  • Engage with customers to listen to feedback and improve service
  • Solve customer complaints
  • Ensure food safety regulations are followed
  • Staff scheduling
  • Hire and train new employees
