Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent
- minimum one year management experience
- prior food production experience
- knowledge of special diets is helpful

Job Duties
- oversee the daily kitchen operations including menu planning and food ordering
- ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality
- be hands on and have the ability and willingness to develop and train employees
- manage food inventory and maintain safety standards
- utilize Food Management Systems/software
- supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
