Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • minimum one year management experience
  • prior food production experience
  • knowledge of special diets is helpful
  • strong computer skills
  • excellent supervisory abilities
  • positive attitude and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • oversee the daily kitchen operations including menu planning and food ordering
  • ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality
  • be hands on and have the ability and willingness to develop and train employees
  • manage food inventory and maintain safety standards
  • utilize Food Management Systems/software
  • supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
