- Proven ability to work independently and lead food service operations
- Experience in hospital or high-volume institutional food service
Job Duties
- Manage all facets of food service operations independently at the behavioral health location including serving line and patient tray service
- Oversee food production ensuring high quality, consistency, and compliance with dietary and safety standards
- Directly manage a team of approximately 10 union employees focusing on training, scheduling, and performance management
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation (HACCP), and regulatory standards
- Serve as the on-site operational point of contact ensuring client needs and patient satisfaction
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Translate operational goals into outstanding patient and staff outcomes
