Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • minimum one year of management experience
  • supervisory culinary background preferably in healthcare or senior living setting
  • ability to develop trust and build strong client relationships
  • strong financial acumen and experience managing food service operations budget
  • knowledge of compliance to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

Job Duties

  • Develop menus for all dining experiences using innovation, creativity, and skill
  • apply strong food production and hands-on cooking skills, especially display cooking and demos
  • oversee inventory, ordering, and adhere to budget
  • mentor and lead the culinary team in a supportive and customer-focused environment
  • ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • manage food service operations budget
  • build strong client relationships by understanding and meeting client and company expectations
