Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of culinary management experience
- Ability to manage inventory and purchasing controls
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Passion for sustainability
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic food service environment
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- Minimum three years culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant setting
- Strong understanding of food and catering trends
- Experience with exposition cooking
- Knowledge of P&L management
- ServSafe certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
- Develop menus with focus on local sourcing and sustainability
- Oversee cost controls and purchasing activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation
- Maintain quality, production, and presentation standards
- Monitor P&L performance and support contract-managed services
- Lead and inspire kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences
