Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum three years culinary management experience
- Proven experience in inventory and purchasing management
- Strong knowledge of HACCP standards
- Ability to manage profit and loss
- Passion for sustainability
- ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining or restaurant settings
- Proficient in inventory and purchasing control
- Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality and sanitation
- Experience with exposition cooking
- Knowledge of profit and loss accountability
- ServSafe certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving
- Ensure menu development aligns with cost control and quality standards
- Implement purchasing and inventory practices focusing on local food product sourcing
- Maintain high standards of sustainability in food service operations
- Oversee food production, sanitation, cost control, and presentation
- Manage profit and loss accountability
- Lead a team in delivering exceptional dining experiences
