  • minimum 1 year of management experience
  • supervisory culinary background
  • ability to build strong client relationships
  • experience managing food service budget
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • knowledge of sanitation standards
  • knowledge of workplace safety standards

Job Duties

  • Use your innovation, creativity and skill to develop menus for all dining experiences
  • apply your strong food production and hands-on cooking skills, especially display cooking (able to do demos)
  • oversee inventory, ordering and budget adherence
  • mentor and lead our culinary team in a supportive and customer-focus environment
