Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or hospitality management
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • Knowledge of inventory control and purchasing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for sustainability practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Minimum three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
  • Extensive knowledge of food trends, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • Familiarity with contract-managed service operations
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Develop menus with an emphasis on local food sourcing and sustainability
  • Apply cost controls and purchasing strategies effectively
  • Oversee food production, sanitation, and presentation standards
  • Maintain profit and loss accountability
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations such as HACCP
  • Lead and develop culinary team members
