- minimum of 1 year management experience
- culinary production experience
- ServSafe certification
- working knowledge of HACCP
- experience with health and safety audits
- ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate professionally with executive leadership

Job Duties
- have oversight of day-to-day operations in the cafeteria, overseeing hourly associates
- deliver high quality food service
- develop and maintain effective client and customer relationships
- plan all menus and adjust accordingly with business needs, place orders/maintain inventory
- meet all financial objectives for the account
- ensure Sodexo standards are met
