high school diploma or GED or equivalent
minimum of 1 year management experience
culinary production experience
ServSafe certification
working knowledge of HACCP
experience with health and safety audits
ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate professionally with executive leadership

Job Duties

have oversight of day-to-day operations in the cafeteria, overseeing hourly associates
deliver high quality food service
develop and maintain effective client and customer relationships
plan all menus and adjust accordingly with business needs, place orders/maintain inventory
meet all financial objectives for the account
ensure Sodexo standards are met
