Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum three years culinary management experience
  • Proficient in inventory management and purchasing
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP
  • Ability to manage P&L and food service contracts
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Passion for sustainability in food service

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
  • Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory
  • Passion for sustainability and local food sourcing
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering and receiving
  • Ensure adherence to P&L accountability and contract-managed service standards
  • Develop innovative menus focusing on cost control, purchasing, inventory, and local sourcing
  • Promote sustainability within culinary practices
  • Oversee food production quality, sanitation, and presentation
  • Lead and inspire kitchen staff while encouraging continuous learning
  • Maintain compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP
