Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum three years culinary management experience
- Proficient in inventory management and purchasing
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP
- Ability to manage P&L and food service contracts
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Passion for sustainability in food service
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings
- Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory
- Passion for sustainability and local food sourcing
- Experience with exposition cooking
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience
- ServSafe certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering and receiving
- Ensure adherence to P&L accountability and contract-managed service standards
- Develop innovative menus focusing on cost control, purchasing, inventory, and local sourcing
- Promote sustainability within culinary practices
- Oversee food production quality, sanitation, and presentation
- Lead and inspire kitchen staff while encouraging continuous learning
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP
