Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED or equivalent
minimum 1 year of management experience
culinary production experience
knowledge of safety and sanitation compliance
ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professional communication

Job Qualifications

servsafe certified
strong understanding of forecasting food cost management purchasing and inventory
culinary production experience
knowledge of HACCP and health and safety audits
effective communication skills with executive leadership

Job Duties

have oversight of day-to-day operations in the cafeteria overseeing hourly associates
deliver high quality food service
develop and maintain effective client and customer relationships
plan all menus and adjust accordingly with business needs place orders and maintain inventory
meet all financial objectives for the account
ensure Sodexo standards are met
