- Certified Diet Manager
- 2-3 years of experience in food service, preferably in healthcare or long-term care

Job Duties
- Monitors and ensures compliance of food and nutrition staff to operational standards to assure quality food service to patients, visitors and staff
- Support colleagues with their daily duties including cooking, cleaning, and food delivery to patients
- Manage daily production and execution of the food service operations of a senior living facility to ensure residents receive nutritious, well-balanced meals that meet regulatory dietary requirements while meeting the residences preferences
- Supervise and support dietary staff, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and fostering a respectful, resident-focused work culture
- Conduct annual performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support staff development and accountability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CMS, state health codes) and internal policies related to food safety, sanitation, and infection control
- Collaborate with administration and residents with menu selections to improve dining experience, creating a home like dining experience
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to maintain high standards of resident satisfaction and nutritional value
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining quality and compliance
