Job Requirements

  • Minimum three years culinary management experience
  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Experience in contract foodservice or fine dining
  • Knowledge of inventory management and purchasing
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Passion for culinary excellence and sustainability
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with clients

Job Qualifications

  • Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice or fine dining
  • Working knowledge of HACCP food safety protocols
  • Experience with menu development and cost controls
  • Skilled in purchasing and inventory management
  • Familiarity with exposition cooking
  • Knowledge of P&L accountability in contract-managed services
  • ServSafe certified preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day foodservice operations including production oversight
  • Maintain quality assurance and sanitation standards
  • Develop and train culinary staff
  • Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and service excellence
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and receiving
  • Develop menus focusing on cost control and sustainability
  • Monitor financial performance including P&L accountability
