Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven culinary experience preferably in a high-volume environment
- knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines
- ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours
- capability to lift at least 25 pounds
- adherence to company dress code
- ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines during peak periods
Job Qualifications
- culinary arts degree preferred
- experience in a similar volume food service establishment
- knowledge of food preparation techniques following HACCP processes
- understanding of restaurant merchandising and marketing for service presentation
- good communication skills for presenting information to customers and clients
- experience in training and staff development
- ability to maintain accurate accounting and budget records
Job Duties
- lead a culinary team and manage operational functions efficiently
- ensure compliance with health department and state regulations as well as company standards
- build and develop effective teams through hiring and training
- handle staff scheduling to optimize workforce efficiency
- resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
- oversee purchasing, preparation, and execution of food service
- maintain sanitation and safety according to federal, state, and local regulations
