Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of culinary management experience
- Ability to manage inventory, purchasing, and food cost controls
- Knowledge of HACCP principles
- Experience with contract foodservice operations preferred
- Passion for sustainability
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- Minimum three years culinary management experience in contract foodservice or fine dining
- Strong understanding of food trends, sanitation, production, and cost controls
- Experience in exposition cooking
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed services
- ServSafe certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
- Oversee P&L accountability and contract-managed foodservice operations
- Develop menus with a focus on cost control and local sourcing
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation
- Implement sustainable practices in culinary operations
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless food service delivery
- Train and lead kitchen staff to uphold operational excellence
