Job Requirements
- Technical secondary school education or above, major in cooking
- minimum 5 years managerial experience
- at least 10 years chief experience in a five-star hotel or similar setting preferred
- proficiency in Chinese and Western cuisines
- proficiency in MS Office
- basic English skills
- strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications
- Technical secondary school education or higher, majoring in cooking
- managerial experience of at least 5 years
- work experience of at least 10 years as chief in five-star hotel or group meal service preferred
- mastery of Chinese and Western cuisines and other culinary styles
- flexible and innovative with menu and dish creation skills
- proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- competent in English communication
- customer service oriented with strong teamwork ability
- ability to work under pressure with problem-solving skills
- leadership excellence and effective implementation capabilities
- integrity, high sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, professional dedication, and drive for excellence
Job Duties
- Follow the implementation of the ARAMARK Food Services program in accordance with ARAMARK standardized procedures
- design menu, prepare order and work out the food production procedure according to client and account manager requirements
- lead the whole food production in the kitchen, ensuring standardized production flow and focus on food safety and quality issues
- make purchasing plans for food materials, manage inventory, assist with account manager for cost control and waste reduction
- keep updated on developments and new trends in the catering industry and proactively promote new menus and dishes
- train and develop personnel using ARAMARK Job Skill Training and Job Skill Review programs
- maintain good internal communication and collaboration, solving problems to ensure smooth operations
- establish good communication with clients, meeting or exceeding client and customer requirements
- manage cook staffing, build teams and talent, evaluate cooking skills and performance, and conduct performance appraisals
