Job Duties
- Lead and inspire your team with strong kitchen leadership
- Execute and adapt corporate menus with creativity and precision
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Balance hands-on culinary work (60 percent) with administrative duties (40 percent)
- Plan menus and coordinate catering events
- Maintain a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction
