Job Requirements
- Education in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Three years of culinary management experience
- Proficient in inventory management and purchasing
- Ability to manage P&L and contract foodservice operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for sustainability initiatives
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- Minimum three years culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends including quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
- Experience with exposition cooking
- Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Manage full culinary operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
- Oversee menu development with focus on sourcing local food products
- Implement cost control measures and purchasing strategies
- Maintain compliance with sanitation and food safety standards
- Lead and develop culinary team to deliver high-quality meals
- Manage P&L accountability in contract foodservice operations
- Ensure sustainability practices are integrated into operations
