Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen management or similar role
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Experience in managing teams of 20 or more employees
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work 45-50 hours per week consistently

- Proven expertise in Mexican cuisine and tacos
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, ordering, COGS management, and payroll oversight
- Bilingual in Spanish and English

- Commitment to a balanced schedule of 45-50 hours per week
Job Duties
- Lead the kitchen by overseeing prep, ordering, production, and execution with consistency, efficiency, and quality
- Manage the team by supervising 20+ employees including scheduling, payroll, and daily coaching
- Operate with balance by seamlessly managing both FOH and BOH responsibilities in a hands-on leadership role
- Run the show by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a high-volume, 12-15 seat taco counter with heavy takeout and delivery
- Drive growth by taking ownership of sales performance, fostering guest loyalty, and building strong repeat business
- Maintain standards by ensuring compliance with food safety and operational guidelines while streamlining paperwork and systems
- Inspire by example by delivering a guest-first, team-oriented culture rooted in hospitality and authentic Mexican cuisine
