Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • Three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to attract, train, develop and retain team members
  • Strong guest service orientation
  • Ability to manage financial goals, including sales growth and cost control
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions and work in hot conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • Some college preferred
  • Three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience preferred
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong guest service focus
  • Ability to train, develop and retain team members
  • Ability to define and achieve financial goals including sales growth and cost management

Job Duties

  • Run effective shifts in all aspects of the restaurant including kitchen and dining operations
  • Provide direction, coaching, training and development for assistant managers and team members
  • Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, safety, sanitation and company policies
  • Establish and communicate goals to the General Manager and Local Owner regularly
  • Maintain communication with guests, team members, management, local owner, vendors and Station 5 team
  • Oversee back-of-house schedules, staffing levels, labor goals and guest satisfaction
  • Manage inventory procedures and assist assistant managers with weekly inventories
  • Manage back-of-house budgets including forecasting
  • Participate in hiring processes to maintain proper staffing levels
  • Manage assistant managers and team members to meet all food and service standards each shift
  • Follow safety procedures and standards when operating equipment
  • Handle multiple priorities under stress and exercise sound judgment
