Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 5 years experience in culinary or kitchen management roles
  • ability to work flexible hours including late evenings
  • physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks and lift at least 20 pounds
  • strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • reliable and self-motivated work ethic
  • familiarity with local and sustainable food practices

Job Duties

  • create efficient weekly staff schedules and delegate tasks to maximize productivity
  • forecast business needs using sales data to adjust ordering, prep, and scheduling
