Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food preparation or a related role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- willingness to learn and take direction

Job Duties

- maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked area to ensure food quality
- delivering quality products within company standards for speed and accuracy
- selecting and training new chefs
- holding other chefs accountable for their work
- managing stock levels
