Job Requirements
- University degree in engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience managing large technical teams in complex tech environments
- Strong leadership capabilities demonstrated
- Excellent communication and personnel management skills
- Extensive technical knowledge of railway products technologies standards and norms
- Proven project management experience
- Demonstrated client interaction and relationship experience
- Availability to travel when required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading large technical teams in complex technological environments
- Proven strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and people management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of rail technology products standards and norms
- Solid project management experience
- Demonstrated experience in client interaction and relationship management
- Willingness to travel as needed
Job Duties
- Manage budget priorities performance and progress reporting
- Lead a multi-site engineering team
- Strategically plan engineering and service projects
- Analyze tenders and approve technical engineering costs
- Plan projects control costs and ensure quality of all deliverables
- Organize and mobilize workloads efficiently
