Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including frequently lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to see, hear, speak, reach, bend, and move intermittently during working hours
  • Commitment to professional maturity and teamwork
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Food safety knowledge or willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains using recipes as guides and taste for validation
  • Gain exposure to various kitchen stations including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, and delivery/packout
  • Speak to current menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients with guests to enhance their dining experience
  • Support the team during peak and off-peak service by pitching in wherever necessary
  • Multi-task and maintain physical activity in the kitchen for extended periods
  • Help maintain the 'A' letter grade by adhering to Department of Health and DIG food safety standards
  • Demonstrate professional maturity and uphold anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies
