Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Physical ability to perform duties involving seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, bending, and moving intermittently
  • Prior experience in a kitchen environment is helpful but not required

  • Availability for part-time or full-time shifts in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes and taste validation
  • Gain exposure to different kitchen stations including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, and delivery/packout
  • Speak knowledgeably with guests about menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients while providing delicious scratch-made meals
  • Support the team during peak and off-peak service times by assisting wherever needed
  • Multi-task and maintain physical stamina in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Maintain health and safety standards to uphold the restaurant’s high inspection grade
  • Adhere strictly to company anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies
