Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Physical ability to perform duties involving seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, bending, and moving intermittently
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is helpful but not required

- Availability for part-time or full-time shifts in a fast-paced kitchen
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes and taste validation
- Gain exposure to different kitchen stations including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, and delivery/packout
- Speak knowledgeably with guests about menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients while providing delicious scratch-made meals
- Support the team during peak and off-peak service times by assisting wherever needed
- Multi-task and maintain physical stamina in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Maintain health and safety standards to uphold the restaurant’s high inspection grade
- Adhere strictly to company anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies
