Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ServSafe certified
  • Basic computer skills
  • At least 2 years of related food experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong knowledge of food procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player

Job Duties

  • Prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations
  • Coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times ensuring excellence in quality, temperature and appearance
  • Assist with tray line setup and plate assembly
  • Assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen
  • Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to create and review menus
  • Ensure meals are prepared in accordance with portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and company policies
