Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary Arts training preferred
- 2 years of dietary experience
- Must have knowledge of dietary procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines related to food service operations
- Must possess leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and non-professional personnel
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- This is primarily a standing position with periods of standing in one place for extended times

Job Duties
- Assures all dietary procedures are followed
- Must be able to operate all kitchen equipment safely and effectively including meat slicer, food processor, mixers, ovens, grills, steamers, dishwasher, dumb waiter, warmer cabinets
- Assists in establishing food production line to ensure meals are prepared on time
- Represents the community with a positive attitude and pride when interacting with potential residents and families
- Prepares and serves nutritious meals, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavorful meals for residents
