Job Requirements
- One year of prior culinary experience is required
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Eligibility to work at Siemens location in Lexington, North Carolina
- Compliance with sanitation, safety and food quality standards

Job Qualifications
- One year of prior culinary experience
- Ability to supervise and train kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Experience with inventory management
- Familiarity with food preparation and cooking techniques

Job Duties
- Supervises, coordinates and participates in preparing, cooking and serving food
- Ensures food handling, sanitation and customer service standards are met
- Supervises hourly kitchen associates including interviewing, scheduling, training and payroll
- Prepares high-quality food items following standardized recipes
- Ensures proper presentation, food quality, portion control and serving temperatures
- Tracks food use, waste, and requisitions products as needed
- Receives and inspects supplies for quality and maintains inventory
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and workstations
- Assists in selecting and developing recipes and menus
- Performs other duties as assigned
